And instead of putting the right Yelp review out there, they say, I'm going to fire up my botnet or something, I don't know. Uh, it's probably you guys probably don't know why so much is it's happening, but. But why? Uh, uh, tell me about what is this showing consumer electronics. Why would people be dissatisfied with that? Mike Ripley: So, you know, there's a lot of different things that sort of, uh, supporting industries that support the retail sector. So when we kind of dive into retail adjacent categories with things like consumer electronics, they saw this massive uptick in terms of the amount of attacks. In fact, you know, we were seeing up to almost 300% year over year. And then you think about things, you know, with the pandemic and logistics and supply chain and all of that being, you know, sort of we're still recovering from a lot of that. We actually have seen, you know, year over year from 2022 to 2023, that that amount of DDoS, you know, percentage actually increased by 800%. So it's just, you know, while we may have recovered from sort of some of the supply chain and logistical issues, we're still seeing massive attacks on those industries and even across, you know, wholesale companies, for example, as well. And so the main thing I just wanted to highlight with this as well is that these figures are for the entire year of 2023, and they are in terms of the retail adjacent categories, not just retail industry itself. Mike Matchett: All right, all right. Uh, and when we, when we look at, like, retail kind of as a larger thing, um, there's more than just DDoS attacking them as well. Right. This is this is this is there's a lot of other things going on, uh, to target retail. So are they any under a particular threat, uh, compared to other industries, or are you just highlighting this one? Mike Ripley: Just I mean, I think this is one of the big trends that we saw in the last quarter. And just with, you know, the holiday season, we saw those massive uptick. But, um, kind of back to what we talked about before about botnet and different attack vectors. I mean, you can think about recently with the, you know, United Healthcare and they have been attacked recently, and I think I saw some news that they were required to, um, you know, pay that ransom. And so it's, again, while retail was the big thing that we highlighted, it was since, you know, a larger turn that we saw, that doesn't mean that other industries are sort of safe from attacks during these times of year. Right? Because sometimes these types of attacks just don't have any rhyme or reason. And this is the seasonality that we see because with holidays. But again, I just want to reiterate, this doesn't mean every industry other than retail is safe during, you know, Q4 of the year.
