Synology Showcases License-Free Backup for VMware

Synology demonstrated their license-free backup software Active Backup Suite, which is able to centralize a business’ data from multiple VMware hosts, in addition to Windows Server and PCs, Office 365, and G Suite. Synology’s unique backup software allows admins to create a backup task without installing an agent, and can instantly restore virtual machines in the event of disaster. The Active Backup Suite does not require any software license, and runs on Synology’s range of hardware, which can accommodate one terabyte to one petabyte of data, offering businesses a cost-effective and flexible data protection solution.
