Truth in IT Terms of Use

Welcome to Truth in IT, operated by Ekovox LLC (“Truth in IT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website(s), services, and features, including the Truth in IT Webinar Directory and integrations with third-party platforms (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

Your use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms. By registering, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

Truth in IT provides a platform for IT professionals to discover, register for, and participate in webinars. This includes:

  • Ingesting webinar details (titles, descriptions, dates, and times) from third-party platforms via integrations.
  • Displaying webinar listings in a categorized, searchable directory.
  • Facilitating secure registration and attendance workflows.
  • Moderating webinar content to ensure relevance for enterprise IT audiences.

3. Third-Party Integrations

Our Service may include integrations with third-party platforms to facilitate webinar ingestion, synchronization, and registration. These integrations are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party providers. Truth in IT is not responsible for the functionality, privacy practices, or terms of third-party platforms.


4. User Responsibilities

  • Account Information: You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Appropriate Use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to unauthorized data scraping, distributing harmful code, and infringing on intellectual property rights.
